What do I have to do?

Having established the course of treatment, I will guide you into hypnosis.  You simply have to listen, follow the simple instructions and allow yourself to relax completely.

Will I lose control?

Throughout the hypnotic experience, you are totally in control of yourself and your thoughts.  You can speak, hear, move and come back to your ordinary state of being whenever you wish.

How does hypnotherapy work?

Under hypnosis and by using specific techniques including NLP, the unconscious is safely reprogrammed to eliminate negative thoughts and habits and promote a positive attitude.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

is a technique based on words and images to help the mind deal with certain problems.  It can be used with or without hypnosis.

When used alongside hypnotherapy it can enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
